Runner-Up Prizes: $500 Visa gift card (total of 32) awarded each weekday from October 22 to November 30^th.

Grand Prizes: $2,000 Visa gift card (total of 12) awarded each weekday from December 3rd to December 18th.*

*To be eligible to win a $2,000 Visa gift card, you must enter the contest on at least five (5) separate days anytime during the contest period. Even if you’re a $500 Visa gift card winner, you are still eligible to win one $2,000 Visa gift card if you’ve met the five (5) contest entries requirement.

1. Select any Holiday Channel at https://www.accuradio.com/christmas-music/ during any day beginning October 22^nd and listen for contest announcements any time between 8 AM and 8 PM CST.

2. Click on the Holiday Bell image that appears at the right side of the AccuRadio website and enter the simple information requested on the form that appears on your screen.

3. Submit the completed entry form to automatically enter into the pool of contestants eligible to win one of thirty-two (32) $500 Visa gift card prizes. You may only enter the contest once per day during the contest period beginning on October 22nd through December 18th. However, if you win a $500 Visa gift card prize, you are still eligible to win one $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize if you have entered the contest on five (5) separate days any time through December 18^th.

4. If you enter the contest on at least five (5) separate days between October 22^nd and December 18^th, you’re automatically entered into the pool of contestants eligible to win one of twelve (12) $2,000 Visa gift card grand prizes being awarded on each weekday beginning December 3^rd through December 18^th.

1. Enter to win one of twelve (12) $2,000 Visa gift card grand prizes by following the instructions described in the first three items in the "How to Win a $500 Visa gift card prize" instructions above. After you’ve successfully entered the contest on at least five (5) separate days from October 22^nd to December 18^th, you become eligible to win one of twelve (12) $2,000 Visa gift card grand prizes, with one winner selected each weekday beginning December 3^rd and ending on December 18th.

2. You may continue to add to your five (5) contest entry count after December 3rd and before December 18th, but you won’t be eligible to win a $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize until you’ve entered the contest on at least five (5) separate days during the period beginning October 22nd and ending on December 18, 2018.

3. Increase your odds of winning a $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize by clicking on the Holiday Bell image and entering the requested information on the screen that appears on at least five (5) separate days prior to December 3, 2018. The earlier you’ve entered five (5) times prior to the end of the contest on December 18^th, the more you increase your odds of winning a $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize.

4. You may only enter the contest once per day during the contest period beginning on October 22^nd through December 18^th. 

Sponsor: AccuRadio LLC is the sponsor of the “$40K Holiday” promotion to give all of its listeners a chance to win one of thirty-two (32) $500 Visa gift card prizes and twelve (12) $2,000 Visa gift card grand prizes. Listeners may enter the promotion as often as they like but may only win one (1) $500 Visa gift card prize and one (1) $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize during the entirety of the $40K Holiday promotion. A listener must listen to one of AccuRadio’s Holiday Channels (https://www.accuradio.com/christmas-music/) but need not be a “registered listener” to participate in the promotion. There is no cost to play. AccuRadio retains the right to alter, amend or end the promotion at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

How to Win a Prize: Listeners are required to listen to one of AccuRadio’s Holiday Channels (https://www.accuradio.com/christmas-music/) on any day from 8 AM to 8 PM CST. Announcements for the contest will be made from time-to-time during this time period and will precede the appearance of the “Holiday Bell” icon on the right side of the webpage. Click on Holiday Bell icon and enter the simple information requested. You may enter as often as you like, but entering more than once per day does not increase your odds of winning. However, entering the contest during the contest period (October 22, 2018 – December 18, 2018) on at least five (5) different days qualifies listeners to win one of twelve (12) $2,000 Visa gift cards. Odds of winning a $2,000 Visa gift card increase if entrants have completed five (5) contest entries prior to the commencement of the $2,000 Visa gift card grand prize giveaway on December 3^rd, but are reduced by one-twelfth of the overall odds for each day depending on the number of contest entrants at the end of each weekday during the twelve (12) weekdays that the $2,000 Visa gift cards are awarded. Listeners who do not have five (5) completed entries for any reason or who do not complete their first entry by December 12^th are not eligible to win a $2,000 Visa gift card prize.

The Prizes: Grand Prizes. Twelve (12) US $2,000 Visa gift cards. Runners-Up Prizes: Thirty-two (32) US $500 Visa gift cards. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the promotion is $40,000. The $2,000 Visa gift cards and/or the $500 Visa gift cards (collectively, the “Visa gift cards”) are issued by Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (“Bancorp”) and can be used everywhere Visa debit and gift cards are accepted in the U.S. and foreign countries. $2,000 Visa gift card prize is comprised of four (4) $500 Visa gift cards with each Visa gift card subject to Bancorp’s rules and regulations. Visa gift cards may be activated by calling 1-866-208-3282 and providing the 16-digit gift card number and three (3) digit security code located on the back of the Visa gift card. Visa gift cards should also be registered at www.PpdMoney.com promptly upon receipt. If a card is lost or stolen, please contact Bancorp at 1-866-208-3282 for card replacement. A card replacement may be charged to replace your card. Funds do not expire. If available funds remain on your card after the valid thru date, call the customer service number on the back of the card to obtain a free replacement card. A monthly maintenance fee of $4.95 will be deducted on the first day of the thirteenth month after the date of issue, following 12 months of inactivity. No cash or ATM access. No purchase or entry fee is necessary to participate. Listeners who are not registered with AccuRadio need not register but must still provide certain contact information to enter the contest. The promoter is AccuRadio LLC, whose address is 10 W. Hubbard Street, Suite #5W, Chicago, IL 60654. Employees of AccuRadio and its affiliates, and their family members, are not eligible. Contest open only to listeners who are twenty-one (21) or older.  Contest begins on October 22, 2018 and ends on December 18, 2018. One winner of the $500 Visa gift card will be chosen randomly each weekday beginning October 22, 2018 and ending November 30, 2018, except that on two random weekdays solely chosen by AccuRadio, AccuRadio will choose two (2) random winners. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to your use of name, likeness, entry and state of residence for promotional purposes (including complete winners list) in any media without further payment or consideration. If AccuRadio is unable to contact winners within ten (10) days from first notification attempt, or if prize winners fail to provide necessary and appropriate information by a specified date, or if a winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize is forfeited and another winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants on any weekday during the contest and the number of entrants who have completed five (5) or more contest entries. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, AccuRadio reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Entry into the promotion by clicking the Holiday Bells icon and completing the form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Visa gift card is $2,000 for grand prizes and $500 for all other cards, and winners will be issued a Form 1099-MISC for the actual value of the prize. Any difference in actual value versus ARV will not be awarded to any winner.

By agreeing to accept a US $2,000 grand prize (comprised of four (4) $500 Visa gift cards or a US $500 Visa gift card, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless AccuRadio LLC and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and members, promotion partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or entry in the contest and/or your receipt or use of the prize awarded (or items or services purchased with the Visa gift card prize) due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this contest. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or AccuRadio in connection with the contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Any action or litigation concerning this agreement shall take place exclusively in the Federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
