Legendary concert film "Dave Chappelle's Block Party" turns 15

In September 2004, the comedian threw a "block party" concert in Brooklyn that featured top acts like Kanye West, Lauryn Hill and a reunited Fugees, Jill Scott, Mos Def, the Roots, Erykah Badu and more.
