Bodies Revealed Contest

AccuRadio is giving away five "Family Four-Packs" (four passes) to "Bodies Revealed" at Foxwoods Casino. To enter, just fill in the form below (or e-mail the requested information to bodiesrevealed@accuradio.com). One entry per household; households who submit multiple entries will be disqualfied. Winners will be chosen by a random drawing on or about August 1, 2009, and tickets will be mailed by U.S. Mail to the address provided in the contest entry.

AccuRadio contests are open to all listeners 18 years and older, or with parental approval. Employees of AccuRadio, advertisers, and radio station employees and their families are ineligible to win. Participants may win only one contest every 20 days. One winner per household. AccuRadio is not responsible for items stolen, damaged, or lost in the mail. Decisions of management are final. AccuRadio holds the right to reuse Winner's name, voice or likeliness without compensation. AccuRadio reserves the right to make changes in contest rules upon announcement, and is not responsible for communication malfunctions or other errors in connection with claiming the prize.
