Thanks to the votes of AccuRadio listeners like yourself, AccuRadio has just been named the winner of the "People's Voice" Webby Award in the category of "Best Radio."
Specifically, our new AccuTunes interface was named the world's best radio website by Webby voters.

| The Internet radio royalty crisis is still unresolved, but there's progress on several different fronts -- an appeal being considered by the U.S. Court of Appeals, negotiations with the music industry, and a bill in Congress (the Internet Radio Equality Act) that is continuing to gain support. | Win lunch for your whole office! |
Spread the word about AccuRadio around your office and you'll not only have a more pleasant office environment and  happier co-workers, but we might also treat all of you to lunch one of these days! All you have to do is get a group of your co-workers listening to AccuRadio — and then send us a note about it via e-mail (to lunch@accuradio.com).
In your note, if you like, you might include a description of how you did it, how much you all like it, or what channels you're all listening to. You're also welcome to attach a group photo if you like (see example). We'll be picking at least four winning offices, chosen via a combination of random selection and creativity/originality/sincerity. (Details here.) |

| With your help, we've raised money for some great charities! |
For every new listener we added in December (based on our peak audience size; full details here) we're donating $1 to a set of great charities, including America's Second Harvest and Heifer International.
Thanks to your help, AccuRadio hit an audience record of 26,089 listeners in mid-afternoon on Thursday, December 20th (the final full workday of the holiday season for a lot of people).
That represents 6,894 more listeners than we had in late November, so that means we'll be donating at least $6,894 to those great causes.
