One of the best-selling artists in history, Francis rose to fame in 1958 with her version of "Who's Sorry Now?", and became the first woman to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Everybody's Somebody's Fool" in 1960. Before the Beatles, Connie Francis was the most popular female vocalist in the U.S. between 1958 and 1964. She died July 16th. We feature Connie Francis on these channels.
