It's a brand new way to experience AccuRadio! By using the AccuRadio star ratings feature, you tell us what you think of the music you hear. We've simply collect your favorite songs (those you've rated with four or five stars), and create a channel unique to you. It's all your favorite
tracks, from across all the AccuRadio channels you enjoy, in one channel.
Is Five-Star Radio available on the mobile apps?
It is now! Look for the channel in your History and Favorites section in the Android and iOS apps. If you're an iPhone/iPad user, you may need to download and install the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store.
How do I listen to Five-Star Radio?
First, make sure you're logged-in. Then click the Five-Star
Radio icon you see in the My Channels section of AccuRadio.com. (Five-Star
Radio is only available on our website for now; we plan to make it available in
our mobile apps later this year... but you can still rate songs in the app, and
we'll still add your four- and five-star rated songs to Five-Star Radio!)
How do I rate songs?
On our website, in the media player that appears at the bottom of page when a song is playing, just to the right of the Blend, Pause, and Skip buttons, you’ll see an outline of five stars. Click how many stars you want to give the song. (If it’s already filled in, you’ve rated that song before. Feel free to change the rating at any time.) You can also rate songs on our mobile apps. (On an iPad, click the button at bottom right with three horizontal dots on it to find the song rating feature.)

So to listen to a channel made up of your highly-rated
songs, you need to rate songs! Make sure you're logged in, enjoy your favorite AccuRadio channels, and rate the music you hear.
You can see how many songs you've rated so far beneath the ratings stars at the bottom of the screen. When you've rated at least 20 songs,
your Five-Star Radio channel will "unlock" and be available.
Okay, I've rated a bunch of songs, but
it says I don't have enough highly-rated songs.
Since Five-Star Radio plays only those songs youve rated four or five stars, we need at least
20 highly-rated songs to play on the channel. The more songs you rate, the
better your Five-Star Radio will sound!
Okay, I know how to add songs to my
Five-Star Radio. But I've changed my mind on some songs I'm hearing on the
channel. Can I get rid of them?
Certainly. When you hear a song you no longer want to hear
on Five-Star Radio, simply change its rating to something other than four or five stars.
What about Christmas music?
You may have rated some Christmas-themed music with four or five stars. Based on a listener survey, we've concluded that most of our listeners do not want to be hearing those songs on Five-Star Radio year-round. We'll add your highly-rated Christmas songs to your Five-Star Radio channel during the holiday season. If you would like to advise us otherwise, write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
